With over 25 years dedicated to coaching, developing, and therapeutically empowering individuals, I’ve cultivated a profound passion for guiding others to their fullest potential. My journey is one of relentless commitment, underpinned by rich expertise in Education, Coaching, Hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Having trained globally with esteemed trainers and practitioners, my experience spans across private, corporate, and third-sector organisations, always with a core mission: to be who you are, not what the world wants you to be.

My path hasn’t just been professional; it’s deeply personal. I am a survivor who has thrived beyond encounters with emotional manipulation and narcissistic individuals. These experiences have not only been my crucible but also my catalyst, endowing me with resilience, profound insight, and a deep empathy for others navigating similar challenges. The journey has honed my skills in a trauma-informed approach, enabling me to understand and address the underlying issues that often impede personal growth. These challenges have taught me the undeniable power of reclaiming one’s narrative and the liberation that comes from breaking free of toxic ties.

Incorporating a trauma-informed perspective into my practice enriches the support I offer, allowing for a deeper understanding and a more effective empowerment of those I work with. This approach ensures that I acknowledge and address the complex impacts of trauma, providing a safe, supportive, and healing environment for all individuals.

What do you want?

Some call it Goal Setting. I call it, What Do You Want?

I will support you to discover what your needs and wants are, ensuring they are aligned with your personal values. Don’t worry if there is more than one area that you want to develop or even if you have no idea what you want. It’s my job to help you work it out. I’m passionate about learning. Educating ourselves empowers us to take back our power, giving us knowledge, building confidence and breaking down the barriers holding us back.

By the end of your first session, I’ll have helped you to understand The What, The Why and finally The How we will work together to ensure that you achieve what YOU truly want.

Change & Grow

To change and grow, you need to be intentional in letting go of parts of your current self. It’s about challenging the status quo of your beliefs and recognising unhealthy habits, thinking patterns and behaviours preventing you from being your truly authentic self. It’s about disrupting your comfort zone, creating different truths, owning new perspectives and changing the way you think. Through this, your self confidence will build, you’ll begin to believe in your potential and will be developing the self-belief and self-worth you need to pursue and achieve your life aspirations.

Levelling up

Most people get comfortable and stuck at a certain stage because they are not prepared to put in the effort required to level up.

Thankfully, you’re not one of them or you wouldn’t be reading this right now!

Levelling up means taking responsibility and ownership for your life. Life is hard and it can be challenging to stay motivated. With your new mindset, you will have the resilience and motivation to keep moving forward, improving and developing as a person. As you level up, you will become far more confident and capable in many areas of your life and your self-belief will expand far beyond the dimensions of anything you could ever have imagined, bringing increased creativity and productivity, heathier relationships and improved health and wellbeing.

The Mind Positive Programme consists of Lorna's own lived experiences, recognised tools in Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy supported by the Mind Positive methodology.

1:1 Coaching
Allow Mind Positive to help you to change what’s going on in the inside that will make a huge change on the outside, because when you change your mind you will change your life!

Session Length
Coaching sessions can last for up to 90 minutes which are carried out face to face or over zoom and typically take place once a week; however, the frequency of sessions may vary depending upon your individual needs. On average, it is recommended you book 4 slots in advance to be sure that there are no large gaps in between. Again, this may vary, and appointments can always be cancelled and arranged where needed.

Mind Positive masterclasses are delivered throughout the year both online and in person. These classes provide a unique opportunity to gain new insights, strategies and learning, to challenge our thinking to help us grow and to feel safe in becoming who we were always meant to be.

4 Week Online Bootcamp, 20th November, with weekly sessions every Wednesday until 11th December.

Across the 4 weeks, we’ll confront the harsh truths of toxic and narcissistic relationships, helping you spot and stop toxic patterns, reconnect with the voice that’s been silenced for far too long, and build the emotional resilience needed to feel grounded, safe, and true to yourself.

Each 90-minute session draws on my own lived experiences along with practical, research-backed strategies to support your healing and growth. You’ll also gain lifetime access to all recordings and exclusive membership in our Break Free, Be You Facebook community for ongoing support and connection.
